Code of Ethics
This Code of
Ethics was created to ensure our Coaching Participants that our
Coaches/Instructors all agree to follow Ethics as set forth by
JERPAT Training & Coaching (JTC) to ensure participants receive the same
level of coaching service no matter who presents their coaching
session.
Our Coaches and Instructors have signed an agreement that they agree
to abide by the following:

Present
a professional coaching appearance at every coaching session.
Meaning I am on time, I am focused on my coaching participants
and their needs, and I present the course material to the very
best of my ability.

Fulfill
all promised requirements of my course for my participants.

Ensure
that for each presentation I present the full course material.

Demonstrate a commitment to the quality of coaching I provide to
each participant and course.

Always
present myself in a professional manner.

Always
show a professional image whether in a coaching session or
communicating with other professionals in a networking/personal
setting.

Keep
all information shared during a coaching session/course
presentation confidential.
-
Continue to develop my skills and knowledge so that I can
provide the most current up to date information to participants
as possible.

Be
honest in all contact with participants.

Follow
through with any promises made to a participant.
