Patty first decided to go into coaching and establish a program that was affordable to all VAs who desired a coach to help establish their practice. She learned early on that the majority of coaching programs were not affordable to the VA on a tight budget. All of Patty's knowledge has come from her prior work experience and the trial and error of starting her business.
